IB Subjects

Textbook list is available in the “documents” tab.

After finishing the pre-IB course, students start the IB programme and choose 6 subjects (including obligatory Polish, English, and Mathematics).

1349 IB School offers: HL – Higher Level SL – Standard Level

The student has to choose three subjects at Higher Level (HL) and three subjects at Standard Level (SL). The difference between the subjects taught at HL and SL consists of fewer topics required by the syllabus and somewhat easier questions, tests in the final exam in case of SL. This difference is of course reflected in the weekly number of teaching hours of the subject (HL – 6, SL – 4).
